Name: Make up something, Xenos have numbers, Predators have Native American names, humans are humans, any combination can be whatever.
Race: What are you; predator, alien, hybrid, mutant, human, android, etc....
Age: guess
Place Of Birth: Where were you born? Earth, mars, Predator homeworld, Alien homeworld, etc.....
Special Features: for example, an alien that glides, a predator that can fly, a human with increased jumping ability, stuff like that.
History: It would be nice to know a little bit about your character, can be brief, minimum of one sentence.
